Next month, Blue Star Families is partnering with VA’s Office of Connected Care for a Facebook Live discussion showcasing the VA Connected Care tools and technologies available to caregivers.
This is a joint event between VA and Blue Star Families and will highlight VA tools including the Caregiver Connect scheduling option within VA Video Connect, as well as other technologies that bring care closer to home for Veterans and their caregivers. The event will feature VA experts Dr. Leonie Heyworth, Deputy Director for Clinical Services, Telehealth Services and Leah Christensen, PGCSS Program Manager, Caregiver Support Program in conversation with Vicky Perkins, Director of Impact Programs, Blue Star Families.
