• Guy Cooking Tips: BBQ | 08/11/2009 - 16:49

More guy cooking tips...BBQ is fun, but messy. Remember who's going to have to clean the kids... But here's a serious tip. Put some ribs in a glass bowl, add a cup of warm water and a half cup of bbq sauce. Cover with plasitc wrap and microwave on med until the meat is almost as done as you'd like it. Then put it on a hot grill to get the outside crispy and sizzling hot.

This cuts the time for BBQ down to a minimum, and is especially good for fatty foods, like chicken, which flare up on the grill.

If you're watching the kids, you can't be off watching the grill for long, so this can be a big help.
