Media Consent & Release Terms

I agree to the terms of this release and authorize the use of the submitted materials accordingly. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and consenting on my own behalf OR the parent or legal guardian of a minor, and I am consenting on their behalf.

I hereby grant to Blue Star Families and its employees, agents, licensees, successors, and affiliated third-party organizations the full and irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, create derivative works from, and copyright my (or my child’s) name, voice, likeness, image, and submitted content (including photographs, videos, interviews, and written materials), in any form or media, now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, use in promotional, marketing, publicity, educational, and trade materials.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of these materials, including any written copy that may accompany them. I understand that these materials may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and used in combination with other content in any format, including print publications, digital platforms, broadcasts, and social media.

I release and hold harmless Blue Star Families and its employees, agents, licensees, successors, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, suits, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to the use of the submitted materials. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, and infringement of publicity or intellectual property rights.

I understand that this release is perpetual, worldwide, and binding upon me (or my child) and our respective heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I also confirm that I am legally authorized to give this consent and do so voluntarily, without expectation of compensation.

By submitting my video and checking the box to confirm it is my own work, I affirm that I have read this Media Consent and Release Terms in its entirety and understand its contents.
