About the presenters:

Mr. Wayne Boswell, director of financial readiness, has more than 30 years experience as an active duty Air Force officer, Navy enlisted sailor and corporate and federal government senior leader. His office encompasses the policy oversight and resource management to support the delivery of counseling and services that lead to the increased financial readiness and literacy of the force and family.

Maj. Mike Odle, assistant director of compensation for strategic communications, is responsible for the planning and execution efforts related to the Blended Retirement System for the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
