Here’s How to Get Free Starbucks Coffee

There are days when military life’s got you feeling like…

… because, seriously, we deal with some stressful stuff, y’all!

But even if you’re no longer active duty, you know what we’re talking about because you’ve been there, done that (hello, nine moves and six deployments!). Here at Blue Star Families we’re forever grateful for your service and sacrifice.

So is Starbucks.

And on Veterans Day, Sun. Nov. 11, they’re saying thanks in a big way.

Starbucks is treating veterans, active duty service members, and spouses to a free tall (12oz) hot brewed coffee on them.

Let us repeat that: free coffee on Veterans Day!

That’s because Starbucks is a fierce advocate for the military community and wants to proudly serve those who serve. And this year, for the first time ever, they’re sweetening the pot by donating 15 cents per cup of brewed coffee sold on November 11 to Blue Star Families!

We’re sincerely grateful (and more than a little thrilled!) to be part of Starbucks national Veterans Day celebration! These funds go directly back to you – military families – in the form of more programs and resources. Last year alone we hosted over 900 events, and reached 1.5M Blue Star Families.

On November 11, we’ll have Blue Star Families Ambassadors in more than 100 Starbucks stores across the country. We hope to see you in-person or online enjoying your free Starbucks coffee on Veterans Day. Snap a picture and post it to social tagging #BlueStarSelfie and #BSFStarbucks to let us know where you’re at and who you’re with. We’d love to say hi and thank you for your service!
