Community Outreach Specialist competency, knowledge and skill related to community-based crime reduction strategies. Focused community outreach to the residents of East Escondido to help reduce overall violence and crime by empowering residents to make changes to their neighborhood. Will work with Escondido Police Department’s, Criminal Intelligence Unit to provides expertise in community crime reduction strategies and offer guidance to mobilize and educate people to plan and carry out effective science-based prevention practices.
