An Employment Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the employment process in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. What will I be doing? Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Recruit talent to the hotel to fill established staffing guidelines. Develop, utilize and maintain recruiting resources including, but not limited to, internal job postings, job hotlines, agencies, organizations, schools, online recruiting sources, and publication. Ensure all Equality Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action guidelines are met and documentation is kept for applicant flow, requisitions, employment applications, dispositions and job postings.
