he Product Support Representative is a highly customer facing role, working to help resolve customer’s product issues and get the most out of their Hobie product experience. This position will typically support existing or longer-term customers through potential product defects or damage but may also help customers with technical product knowledge. This role provides a highly customer centric experience for our retail, dealer, and internal customers, working to quickly resolve any issue from initial documentation to resolution.
