The Veterans Claims Representative will be responsible for corresponding with Veterans Administration (VA), local, state and federal governmental agencies and with veterans, their survivors and dependents regarding claims and/or benefits. Incumbents will develop and prepare veterans claim services and appeals as well as correspondence including letters, statements, agreements, inquiries and descriptive statistical reports.
