Applied Research

Carrie Carter is an Applied Research Generalist Consultant assisting with the Racial Equity Initiative and the annual Military Family Lifestyle Survey. She supported the 2019 CMSI Pain Points Poll and continues to assist with Pulse Check polls addressing emerging concerns within the military community. Carrie earned her Bachelor’s in Business Management, has five years of experience researching and supporting student veterans in higher education, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Higher Education at the University of Texas at El Paso. As an active-duty Army spouse stationed in Fort Bliss, Texas, she is passionate about improving the lives of military families.
