Erika Clark is the Careers Manager for Blue Star Families (BSF). She started her role with BSF in October 2016 and is excited to be working with military spouses in the Jacksonville area finding careers! Erika comes to the Careers Program with an abundance of knowledge in serving military spouses in their career explorations. Erika has spent the last 10 years working with the Fleet and Family Support Centers in the Transition Assistance Program and the Family Employment Readiness Program. As a military spouse of the last 10 years, she has undergone 2 PCS moves, 3 long deployments and has 3 amazing sons Colin, Kasen and Ashton.
Erika’s favorite Blue Star Families’ Program is the Blue Star Careers Program. As a Navy spouse, Erika knows the difficulties spouses face finding employment with each PCS move. She is excited to share what Blue Star Families has to offer other spouses who may feel it is not possible to be employed. She is eager to provide the knowledge and education spouses need to be successful in finding a career and using this knowledge to help spouses at their next duty station.
