Malerie Stalker serves as an all-source Intelligence Specialist with the responsibility for development, review, submission, and monitoring of collection requirements against the intelligence needs for NGIC’s Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate.

Developed new tactics, techniques, and procedures to execute collection plans across WMD’s AOR resulting in an increase in reporting against requirements by creating collection plans, collaborating with external agencies/organizations for coordination, and interacting with collectors to emphasize specific needs. Collaborates with senior leadership to advocate WMD’s key intelligence questions for the collection annex piece in the NGIC Program of Analysis.

Aggregated and analyzed WMD directorate’s collection data to brief the headquarters team during monthly production meeting. Created and maintained several databases and spreadsheets to monitor and assess fulfillment of intelligence gaps. Briefed various customers on WMD-specific collection requirements.

Training completed: Intelligence Collection Course, Intelligence Collection Manager’s Course, OSINT, OSCAR-MS, CRATE, HUMINT & CI course, Adversarial Denial and Deception Course, GOSSIP, Analytical Tradecraft sessions. Graduated from Georgetown University with an M.S. in Biohazardous Threat Agents & Emerging Infectious diseases.
