Senior Development Manager of Chapters
Elan Enriquez is the Senior Development Manager at Blue Star Families, responsible for facilitating resource development to sustain chapter growth and program delivery. Elan has a strong history in fundraising and development for nonprofit organizations, especially those serving the military and military families.
Elan grew up as part of a military family in San Diego and is currently an active duty Marine spouse. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, a certificate in Marketing from the University of California, San Diego Extension Program, and an Executive Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability from Thunderbird School of Business. She is also pursuing a PMP certification through the Institute for Veteran and Military Families (IVMF) through Syracuse University, which she was referred to through the Blue Star Families Spouseforce Program.
Elan is a strong advocate for Blue Star Families’ mission of strengthening America’s military families through communities and enjoys building relationships and making connections with like-minded supporters. She’s an active family readiness volunteer and enjoys referring military family members to the abundance of resources available to address challenges and lift morale.
