Deputy Advisor to Chapters
Marine Corps Spouse
Staci Holt is the Deputy Advisor to Chapters. She has a Master of Arts degree from California Baptist University in Communications and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington also in Communications. Prior to BSF, Staci was a Program Specialist with Headquarters Marine Corps, developing programs, curriculum, and policy that supported Marines, families and volunteers.
She leads in all areas of military family programing. Staci holds a National Certification in Volunteer Administration and authored Marine Corps Policy on Volunteer Management (MCO 5280.2). She continues to facilitate training and education for Marine Corps spouse programming such as Leadership Education Seminar and Cornerstone with Lejeune Leadership Institute.
Staci is a Marine Corps spouse and mother, experiencing multiple combat deployments and more than a dozen PCS moves including overseas duty. Because of the frequent moves Staci’s favorite BSF programing is Careers. BSF offers tangible training, networking opportunities and mentoring that truly translates into new jobs, career growth and less time between jobs, allowing spouses a real opportunity to grow their careers.
