Yolanda Rayford has a proven record of achievement throughout her career that includes 20+ years of proficiency in establishing, organizing, and managing projects within diverse regional and global military communities. Her key skill areas include community outreach, program management, human resources, employee engagement, and volunteer management. The spouse of an Air Force retiree, Yolanda has been a global community volunteer for Girl Scouts USA, Red Cross, and Military Family Centers assisting and supporting the relocation, job search, transition, life skills training, resource connections, and financial management assistance.

As a program manager, Yolanda is adaptable and dependable, able to drive change and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve quantifiable results. Her interpersonal skills and professionalism provide her with the knack for developing rapport and building relationships while aspiring to help people in a variety of settings – providing empowerment and engagement!

Originally from Maryland, she is delighted to join the team of Blue Star Families as the Chapter Director – Baltimore.
