The Recruitment Coordinator acts as AMN RPO’s first voice by initiating contact with qualified Healthcare Professionals through the internet, phone, email, social media and creative recruiting techniques. They will partner with other AMN divisions as well as RPO Recruitment and Account Management teams, to increase the number of candidates submitted to RPO clients and help achieve AMN RPO placement and revenue goals.
