This two part event will feature the release of the CFI Research and the graduation of the DEPLOY Fellows.

The research will explore key community attributes that signal inclusivity and warmth to diverse military families, uncover the strategies and resources that diverse military families leverage to foster meaningful connections within their communities, and pinpoint actionable recommendations in each community to cultivate and nurture inclusive environments for all. We will dive into a brief overview of key findings from the research through a dynamic panel discussion involving esteemed community leaders, officials from the Department of Defense (DoD), and supportive corporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) partners.

The DEPLOY Fellows graduation will feature a presentation from each of the Fellows on their capstone projects, and a ceremony celebrating their achievements.
