Cathy Bentivegna is married to Chief Master Sergeant John F. Bentivegna, the Chief Master Sergeant of the United States Space Force. A proud graduate of Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Cathy and John have been married for 31 years and are currently stationed in the Washington, D.C. area. They have two adult children, Neil and Kaitlyn, who live in Colorado, and share their home with two rescue dogs, Twinky and Saki.

Cathy is the Sales Operations Manager at SP Richards, bringing over 30 years of experience in the Janitorial and Sanitation industry. Known for her expertise in project management and her commitment to operational excellence, Cathy is also a passionate advocate for mentorship and community support.

She serves as an Ambassador for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) and is a Trustee on the Board of the Air Force Aid Society. Cathy is also the Co-Captain and Mentor for the Mid-Atlantic division of the ISSA Hygieia Network, where she helps advance and empower women across the industry. Her work focuses on helping military members and their families navigate career development and childcare resources.

In her spare time, Cathy enjoys visiting wineries, discovering hidden culinary gems, going to concerts, baking, and perfecting her homemade limoncello.
