Jacksonville, NC Fall Cohort Families will join for a special family-friendly day of history, culture, and hands-on fun at Moores Creek National Battlefield.

This Scottish Heritage Event highlights the important role Scots played in North Carolina’s history and features colonial-era activities like candle making, traditional games, music from the Wilmington Police Pipes and Drums, guest speakers, Junior Ranger programs, and more.

* Outlander fans won’t want to miss the special battlefield tour that connects scenes from the series to the real-life history of Moores Creek.
