Greetings, Blue Star Families of Tampa!

As your Tampa Chapter Director, I would like to welcome you to your Blue Star Families community! My husband and I have proudly called Tampa home for seven years, and we are huge fans of everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer.

Blue Star Families ensures that wherever American military families go, they always feel connected, supported, and empowered to thrive in their communities. Through partnering with local organizations, creating engaging programs and resources, and sharing unique opportunities and events, I hope to help you and your family gain a sense of belonging here.

I encourage you to share ways that I can make you feel more welcome, enhance your participation at events, grow engagement on our Facebook page, lend a helping hand as a volunteer, and invite others to join us.

If you want to see a stronger presence of Blue Star Families in your area, remember: I can’t do it without you!

Very best,

Courtney Bilyeu
Tampa Chapter Director
