Katie Roberts is the Founder and CEO of RPR Strategies. RPR Strategies specializes in helping organizations navigate transformation, enable growth, drive results, and elevate brand recognition by providing the people, tools, and strategic solutions they need to succeed.
Throughout her career, Katie has served as a trusted advisor to CEOs, C-suite executives, board members, elected officials, and senior government and military leaders. She is a proven leader across P&L management, people strategy, and government engagement, with a track record of improving organizational performance and delivering measurable results.
Katie has held senior leadership roles across both the private and public sectors. Her private sector experience includes serving as Senior Advisor at SAIC; Vice President of Corporate Engagement at Booz Allen Hamilton; Chief People Officer for WPP’s Specialist Communications portfolio; Chief of Staff to Walmart’s Chief People Officer; and Head of Global External Affairs at GE Power.
Her government experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor in the Office of the Secretary of War at the U.S. Department of War (DoW). She also served 16 months in Afghanistan as Strategic Communications Advisor to the International Security Assistance Force Joint Command Commander, where she supported coalition leadership and strategic communications efforts. For her service, she received the Non-Article 5 NATO Medal – International Security Assistance Force (Afghanistan) and the Joint Civilian Service Commendation Award for Outstanding Service. Earlier in her career, Katie served as Press Secretary for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Katie holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, a Certificate in International Politics from the University of Westminster, and a Certificate in Executive Management from Harvard Business School, The Leadership Consortium.
