Mark Santiago

Mark Santiago is currently with Macy’s Inc. as a Divisional Vice President for the Arizona, Las Vegas, New Mexico, El Paso, Oklahoma markets. Previous to this Mark served as District Vice President for the San Antonio, Austin, Rio Grande Valley, Corpus Christi markets and subsequent to that Mark was the District Vice President for L.A. North which included part of Los Angeles County, to Ventura County, to Santa Clarita and Bakersfield. Mark has also held various roles at Macy’s including Vice President Store Mgr. for stores including in San Diego and Thousand Oaks. Mark’s 24 year career with Macy’s has also included executive roles as Staffing Analyst, Asst. Store Mgr. and Group Sales Mgr. At Macy’s Mark was involved in helping to create the MEDP (Military Executive Development Program) which recruited military service members to become an executive at Macy’s. Most recently Mark worked on a Military Discount Pilot that provides a Macy’s Discount to Military personnel (active / retired) and their families in Military cities across the country. Mark also served in the Navy Reserve, six years active reserve and 2 years inactive reserve.
