Michele Bradfield

Michele Bradfield loves bringing ideas to life. She’s a communications specialist who uses creative storytelling techniques to create experiences that bring people joy. A career spanning 12 years, Bradfield is a multidimensional communications expert with experience in private, government, and non-profit industries. Her specialty is crafting and coordinating digital events and campaigns. She’s co-founder of InDependent and is the mastermind behind the popular Military Spouse Wellness Summit. She served two years as FRG Leader for 2-70AR at Fort Riley, Kansas.

Bradfield earned her BS in marketing and communication from Boise State University, a Master’s in Business from Northwest Nazarene University, and is a graduate of the V-Wise Entrepreneur Program from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.

An Army spouse of nine years, Bradfield and her family have endured two deployments, and five PCS moves, which made it hard for her to find and keep a job, so she’s especially passionate about Blue Star Careers.
