As we in the armed forces and their families serve and protect our nation and its people, it’s reassuring to know that there are folks making a big effort to support us. Blue Star Families, together with our friends at Bob Woodruff Foundation, recognize Craig Newmark for making a historic commitment to our community of military, veterans, and their families.

Craig, founder of craigslist and through his foundation craig newmark philanthropies, has pledged $100M to not only support veterans and military families, but to get at the interlocking military lifestyle challenges that require major change. He’s calling on more of his peers to throw in, and he’s showing up where it matters.
